Our Discipleship Groups exist to facilitate the lifelong process of following Jesus Christ. This is more than a social gathering; it is an intentional journey of transformation where we seek to become more like Him in every thought, word, and action through the power of the Holy Spirit.

While our MV Groups focus on building community, our Discipleship Groups focus on building the believer. Here is how we live out our mission:

Beyond the books
Discipleship doesn't just happen in a circle with a Bible; it happens in the rhythms of real life. Our Beyond the Books initiative takes our growth outside the group and into our community through intentionally planned outings and service opportunities.
Community nights
Several times a year, The Well Gathering and Discipling Men pause their regular study for "Community Nights." These are specially planned outings designed to strengthen our bonds through shared experiences. Whether it’s a shared meal, a local activity, or a night of fellowship, these events help us move from being "classmates" to becoming a true family in Christ.
Men’s outreach focused events
For the men of Mountainview, our "Beyond the Books" mission includes a specific call to service. Our Discipling Men group hosts outreach-focused events designed to put our faith into action. These events allow the men to serve the Rancho Cucamonga community, meet practical needs, and share the love of Jesus through tangible work and presence.
